Payment must be made within 7 business days after the end of auction. We only accept PayPal payments. If you do not have a PayPal account, they will let you pay via credit card for no charge. This is safe for all involved as all information is encrypted.
We will ship items to the PayPal address. Please make sure your PayPal address is correct. Please email us if your address is not correct in PayPal after you have paid for the items.

We now ship to the USA, Canada, and Europe. Please note: by law we cannot ship dangerous goods, perishables, plants, seeds, knives, or any flammable items via airmail. As a rule, The Red Phoenix does not ship these out of the USA and they will not be listed for any other country.
Due to policy changes within Ebay, The Red Phoenix Store is now including insurance in the shipping price FOR ALL ORDERS. Please contact us right away if you have an insurance claim.
